Along with Lacazette, is Spanish striker Alvaro Morata, but he has "no" intention of leaving Spain at the moment, per the report. The Galaxy have two open Designated Player spots at the moment, so it's likely that Lacazette would fill one of them, while they look to rebuild their attack this offseason.

The Galaxy need a striker – desperately. Both Douglas Costa and Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez left the club this offseason, and their attacking options now look bleak. Lacazette is a proven attacker with a brilliant track record, but the question of whether or not spending large sum of money (salary and transfer fee) on a 32-year-old also needs to be raised. The club are in limbo at the moment, and their fans are not thrilled with where the club is at in terms of MLS' elite teams.

The 32-year-old striker returns to action on December 2 against Lens, followed by a midweek match against Marseille on the sixth. For the Galaxy, they're in offseason mode, but they're undergoing the biggest rebuild in club history.
