Lewandowski has decided he will return to the Poland national team following the appointment of Jan Urban as head coach, according to a report from . The Barcelona striker had previously stepped away from international duty after a dispute with Probierz, who controversially removed Lewandowski as captain before Poland’s match against Finland in the recent World Cup qualifying game. With Probierz now gone, Lewandowski has made himself fully available to the new coach with no conditions attached, regardless of whether or not he will be reinstated as captain.
